Donation Policy

We believe in giving back to the community that supports us. We desire to support local, nonprofit community organizations through financial contributions that create goodwill between the restaurant and the local communities we serve.

Please submit your request at least 45-60 days ahead of the event. Requests must be submitted with the form below. We will not take requests over the phone or through mass mailings. Multiple, repeated requests will not be honored.

The amount of funding will be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to budget limitations. Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we reserve the right to decline support or participation at any time.

You will be notified only if the donation request is approved. If approved for a donation, we require a receipt upon pickup of the donation (no exceptions).

Criteria for Eligibility 

To be considered for a donation, your organization must meet the following guidelines: 

• Be a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, church, or school 

• The organization being supported must be within 30 miles of Zeeland 

• Have not received a donation from The Farmhouse in the past year

Exclusions 

• Requests from clubs and travel sports teams will not be considered. 

• Requests from campus student organizations, fraternities, sororities, honor societies will not be considered.

• Requests from individuals seeking funds for personal endeavors will not be considered.

• Requests that solicit financial support for individuals, political candidates, and political campaigns, or entities that are not nonprofit organizations, will not be considered. 

• Financial requests for capital campaigns will not be considered.
